the assignment of the file implies acceptance of the invoicing terms of the fees, which are formed in principle based on the total hours devoted to each case. In addition, the value of the dispute, the factors of complexity of the case, the service provided and the result, as well as the situation of the client\/principal are taken into account for the provided from the outset.<br\/>\nIt is also possible to provide an additional fee based on the results of the work performed in the interest of our client.<br\/>\nHowever, it is not allowed to set the fee through a so-called quota litis agreement, i.e. an agreement entered into between the lawyer and his client at the start of the case, which will determine the total of his fee solely on the basis of the legal outcome of the case.<br\/>\nIn any case, the procedural costs that may arise are borne exclusively by the customer.<br\/>\nThe amounts corresponding to each fee do not include taxes and are added, as the case may be, with VAT according to the applicable rate.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4e501d elementor-widget
