invit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre connaissance des  honoraires figurant dans les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales du contrat qu'il est tenu de signer lors du premier rendez-vous.<br\/>\nL\u2019avocat est alors mandat\u00e9 par le client lors de la signature dudit contrat, celui-ci impliquant l'acceptation des modalit\u00e9s de facturation des honoraires, qui sont en principe constitu\u00e9s en fonction du nombre total d'heures consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque dossier. En outre, la valeur du litige, les facteurs de complexit\u00e9 de l'affaire, le service fourni ainsi que la situation du client, sont pris en compte dans la d\u00e9termination des \u00e0 titre d'honoraires pour une affaire d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part.<br\/>\nIl est aussi possible de pr\u00e9voir une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration suppl\u00e9mentaire bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats du travail \u00e0 effectuer dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat du client.<br\/>\nCependant, il n'est pas permis de d\u00e9terminer les honoraires par le biais d\u2019un 'accord dit de quota litis, c'est-\u00e0-dire un accord conclu entre l'avocat et son client au d\u00e9but de l'affaire, qui d\u00e9terminera l'int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des honoraires en fonction uniquement de l'issue juridique de l'affaire.<br\/>\nDans tous les cas, les frais de proc\u00e9dure sont \u00e0 la charge exclusive du client.<br\/>\nLes montants correspondant \u00e0 la redevance respective sont hors taxes et sont major\u00e9s, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de la TVA selon le taux applicable.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4e501d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d4e501d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les redevances sont r\u00e9gl\u00e9es dans les conditions pr\u00e9vues par la loi et les r\u00e8glements, notamment en esp\u00e8ces, par ch\u00e8que ou par remise \u00e0 r\u00e9ception de facture. En cas de non-paiement dans un d\u00e9lai d'un mois \u00e0 compter de la date indiqu\u00e9e sur la facture, les int\u00e9r\u00eats de retard pr\u00e9vus par la loi sont
