In the past, we used to erroneously think that the role of the lawyer was limited to defending the interests of his client before the courts.
Nowadays, however, this image of the lawyer is outdated, as our society seems to have realized the true and miscellaneous role of the lawyer.
As a co-operator in the administration of justice and an expert in the law, the attorney has a duty to :

- He fights for the implementation of law and justice
