Graduated in Law from the Kapodistrian University of Athens, and holder of the postgraduate titles "Droit Privé Fundamental", "Propriété Intellectuelle et des Nouvelles Technologies", from the University of Aix-en-Provence and "Droit du multimedia et des systèmes d'information" , from the University of Strasbourg, as well as the diploma of Business Legal Consultant from the Institute of Commercial Law of Aix-en-Provence, Anthi Spiliotopoulou practices the legal profession in the Greek and French areas, being an active registered member of the Athens and Paris Bar Associations .
During her studies, Anthi prepared diploma papers on a variety of topics, such as "The legal destiny in Greece and France", "Protection of fashion and haute couture", as well as individual papers, such as "the rights of performing artists" , "the impact of Brexit on Intellectual Property" and "Criminal Law and social media".
She also participated in the writing of the article "a year of commercial plans", under the supervision of Professor and Legal Mr. Gasnier (LEXISNEXIS Magazine), while her article was recently published in the French-language intellectual property magazine entitled "The role of intellectual property in Greece".
Anthi has rich professional experience in Greece and France, having worked in various Athenian and Parisian law firms.
He practices as a freelancer in both countries.
In the past he has worked as a partner-lawyer in Parisian law firms such as the Varoclier law firm specializing in commercial and corporate law, and he has worked as a legal advisor at the Galien Affaires law firm. A pivotal point for her subsequent career was the internship she carried out at the law firm OSMOSE, which specializes in intellectual property, new technologies and contract-competition-consumer issues.
