ASKROPOLE AVOCAT in compliance with the rules of ethics of the legal profession and the principles that govern it applies a fee policy based on full transparency.

Before assigning the file, the client is asked to take note of the pricing terms and conditions that appear and are described in the general transaction terms of the contract that he is asked to sign when assigning the file.
The signing of the contract and the assignment of the file implies acceptance of the invoicing terms of the fees, which are formed in principle based on the total hours devoted to each case. In addition, the value of the dispute, the factors of complexity of the case, the service provided and the result, as well as the situation of the client/principal are taken into account for the formation of the fee.

It is, however, possible that a lump sum fee for a case may be provided from the outset.
It is also possible to provide an additional fee based on the results of the work performed in the interest of our client.
However, it is not allowed to set the fee through a so-called quota litis agreement, i.e. an agreement entered into between the lawyer and his client at the start of the case, which will determine the total of his fee solely on the basis of the legal outcome of the case.
In any case, the procedural costs that may arise are borne exclusively by the customer.
The amounts corresponding to each fee do not include taxes and are added, as the case may be, with VAT according to the applicable rate.

Fees are paid in accordance with the terms provided by law and regulations, in particular in cash, by check or by money order upon receipt of the invoice. In case of non-payment within one month from the date indicated on the invoice, the statutory interest is due.
